Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Local Pickup In-store pickup is available at our Cobourg location. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Local Delivery We offer local delivery within our service area. Delivery availability and fees are shown at checkout based on your address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
