General Returns We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food, treats, or supplements
  • Perishable or refrigerated products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to our Cobourg location, or contact us to arrange a return for online orders.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In-store credit or exchanges may also be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.

Online Orders — Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size, flavour, or product of equal value, subject to availability.
