Celebrating 25 years of rescue, Primrose is home to 75 animals including donkeys, pigs, horses, cats and dogs. Primrose has become an important part of the Northumberland County community and provides many opportunities for volunteering and education around caring for farm animals

Located in Northumberland County, Small Town Cat Project is a grassroots program that is completely donation based that tries to bridge resources between the community and rescue partners. Their mission is clear: while they are NOT a rescue, we aim to swiftly provide safety, immediate medical attention as needed, and essential vetting to these animals. By doing so, we hope to relieve the strain on our rescue partners who facilitate their adoption journeys.

Marley's Pet Rescue is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization based in Ontario, Canada, dedicated to providing foster-based care for domestic animals in need. Our mission centers on animal welfare advocacy and securing permanent homes for animals.  Marley's operates as a small-scale rescue; we do not maintain kennel facilities. All animals remain in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their furever homes.
